Return & Refund Policy

At Shred Theory, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or had their safety seal broken.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at info@shredtheorysupps.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Returns sent to us without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Flavor & Taste Preference

Taste is subjective, and individual flavor preferences can vary. Because our products are consumable, we cannot offer returns or refunds on opened products simply because a customer does not like the flavor.

If you're having an issue with one of our products beyond personal taste preference, please contact us so we can review the situation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order is damaged during shipping, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us at info@shredtheorysupps.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging when applicable. Once reviewed, we may provide a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is being issued because of an error on our part.

Order Cancellations

We process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately at info@shredtheorysupps.com.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified once it has entered processing or has been shipped.

Pre-Orders

Estimated shipping dates displayed for pre-order products are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, freight, fulfillment, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order may be held until all products are available to ship unless otherwise stated or arranged with our team.

Sale, Promotional & Free Items

Unless otherwise stated, free promotional items have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If a qualifying purchase is returned and the order included a free promotional item, Shred Theory reserves the right to require the promotional item to be returned or deduct its retail value from the refund.

Exchanges

Because we sell consumable products, we do not offer traditional exchanges on opened products.

For unopened products, please contact us and we will determine whether an exchange can be accommodated.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Shred Theory is not responsible
